We are glad to welcome you on the web site of Marine Crewing Agency “PolArkh Crewing”. We have been recruiting marine personnel to work on a diverse range of merchant vessels since 2004.
Our main focus is to select, to train and to employ the seafarers on the vessels of foreign companies.
Our work is based on a high level of service, complying with all the standards, and the responsibilities to seafarers and vessels’ owners.
“PolArkh Crewing” pays special attention to cooperation with young specialists – cadets of Russian marine educational institutions have an opportunity to pass training on onboard the vessels of our ship-owners with the perspective of further employment in rank. Professional growth and carrier of a seafarer are our basic priorities.
Our company has the license (given by the Federal migration service of RF №20104290759 on 06.12.2004) to employ Russian seafarers abroad. “PolArkh Crewing” is regularly certificated for recruitment and employment of Russian seafarers on the vessels under foreign flags in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008 and with requirements of International Labour Organization's Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006) (№0002077, renewed till 21.06.2014). Our managers have finished the course of “The requirements of international standards ISO 9001-2008”. Inner audit of quality management system” in the Russian Registry (the Certificate № 11.0005.026 ВА СМК, given by the Personnel Certification system of Russian Registry on 28.01.2011)
